Back With All Of You!

It has been a while since I have been here because I have been spreading the love and smiles of laughter yoga!

In the past year, I have made many new friends, learned a lot from attending holistic events around the country and just enjoying my life with friends and family. I can’t stress enough how important it is to keep laughter yoga in your life.

Lately, I have been doing research on laughter regarding deep breathing and found it really does make a difference when you do these exercises properly. I also discovered grief yoga which helps people to get to the core problem of what causes their stress and enables a way to reduce or eliminate stress in their lives.
