I recently discovered a health technique called Laughter Yoga and it seems to be a very effective way of improving your health utilizing deep breathing.

I have been taking classes and will be discssing more about it in my next couple of posts here.

What I like about it is that anyone can participate….any age, whether you are a man or woman, and from any race.
