I want to let all of you know the new thing I am in to. It is called Laughter Yoga. Yes, don’t laugh, it is serious business!

I recently discovered a health technique called Laughter Yoga and it seems to be a very effective way of improving your health utilizing deep breathing.

I have been taking classes and will be discssing more about it in my next couple of posts here.

What I like about it is that anyone can participate….any age, whether you are a man or woman, and from any race.
